真っ白な和紙を前に、期待を胸に気持が高揚します。しかし進めて行く内に、
必ず逃亡したくなり作品の仕上がらない理由を探しはじめます。
でも完成が見えてくると、どんなことがあろうと仕上げてみせると、
常々 自分の気持ちの移り変わりにひとり苦笑いしています。

In front of the pure white Japanese paper, I am excited with expectations. But as we move forward,
I always want to escape and start looking for a reason why the work is not finished.
But when I see the completion, I will finish it no matter what.
I'm always laughing alone as my feelings change.

描く事も人生の旅と同じように迷い翻弄され目的に向かい歩みを進めて行く。
沢山の発見と出逢いを繰り返し、戻らない時も旅の軌跡を辿ると
その時の残像や面影に出会える様に、
作品もまた心性に向き合える大切なツールであればと思う。

If you repeat many discoveries and encounters, and follow the trajectory of your journey even when you do not return
So that you can meet the afterimages and remnants of that time
I think that the work is also an important tool that can face the mentality.
